Novus Loyalty Signs ₹88 Crore Service Level Agreement with Central Bank of India
Gurugram, April 17, 2026 — Novus Loyalty Limited, a technology-driven loyalty and rewards solutions provider, today announced the execution of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) worth ₹88 crore with Central Bank of India.
Under the agreement, Novus Loyalty will provide and manage loyalty rewards programmes across multiple digital channels, including debit cards, UPI, internet banking, and mobile banking. The scope of work includes migration of the bank’s existing programme, platform deployment, programme management, and ongoing support services. The engagement is scheduled to be executed over a period of three years.
The Company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in Central Bank of India, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

This engagement adds to Novus Loyalty’s expanding base of BFSI clients in India and internationally, following recent wins including a contract with Bank of Abyssinia, Ethiopia.
