Gurugram, July 3, 2026 — Novus Loyalty Limited announced the successful conclusion of its 15th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of its Members, held on Friday, 3rd July 2026, at IRIS Hall, Luxera Hotels & Banquets, Mehrauli–Gurgaon Road.
The meeting commenced at 5:00 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM the same day, in compliance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
