Gurugram, August 8, 2025 — Novus Loyalty Limited (formerly Novus Loyalty Private Limited) converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a Special Resolution passed by shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 16, 2025, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued on August 8, 2025.

This conversion marked a key step in the Company’s preparation for its subsequent listing on the BSE SME platform in March 2026.
