Tier-based engagement, point multipliers, and targeted campaigns for high-value segments ensured that rewards were both dynamic and relevant. Built for speed and scale, the platform went live in just three weeks.

Result

The program quickly gained traction, linking over 7.8 million ATM and 5 million POS transactions to reward-driven journeys. Increased app sessions and mobile logins reflected stronger digital engagement, particularly among urban and Gen Z users.
