The issue comprised a fresh issue of shares aggregating approximately \u20b945 crore and an offer for sale, and was subscribed 1.55 times overall across investor categories. Shares were allotted on March 23, 2026, and commenced trading on the BSE SME platform on March 25, 2026, under the ticker symbol NOVUSLOYAL (Scrip Code: 544735).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Pvt.
